Can respondents select more than one radio button option?

Asked by ddworin on July 30, 2012 at 12:29 PM

Hi -- this is Diana from St. Martin's Lutheran in downtown Austin, Texas. Hey, we're hoping to use jotforms to log our attendance, and I need a little guidance.

We are having people fill out their name as the first question -- and then there is a second question with radio buttons are options:

Who is worshipping with you today:

    Just me

    Spouse/Partner

    Children

    Friend/Guest

    Other

We want to let them choose AS MANY radio buttons as applies -- for instance, they might be there with their partner and children -- but I can;t figure out a way to let them choose as many as apply -- it looks like there is only ONE option they can pick.

Is there a way for people to select MORE than ONE radio button option? I really need that!!!!

    THANKS!

    Diana

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that is not possible. User can only choose/select one option using Radio Button field, but you can however try using our Checkbox field that allow user to choose more than one option. That is the only option that make possible to allow users to choose more than one option.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us anytime.

    Thank you!
