Is the form limit a lifetime limit or 5 at one time?

I deleted some of my old forms but it says I've still reached my limit. Does it take time to reset?  You've reached your form limit.

STARTER accounts are limited to 5 forms.
Delete an existing form or upgrade to increase your form limit.

I checked your account and I can see that you currently have 7 active forms. There are 4 in the My Forms page and 3 forms on the Archive folder. You can just delete the 3 forms in your Archive folder if you need to create a new one.

There's a limit of 5 forms under the Free plan. It is not a lifetime limit. If you need to add a new one, you need to delete an old one.
