Integration with Google Docs

    Hola, Necesito llenar los cuadros de lista a partir de información en una planilla de calculo, para ingresar informacion con un formulario en una parte de la planilla de cálculo por parte de ciertos usuarios, e insertar formulas automaticamente en ciertas celdas, cuando se envia ese formulario. Luego otros usuarios, mediante otro formulario deben poder efectuar busquedas (mediante un cuadro de lista rellenado a partir de los datos previamente ingresados con el primer formulario) para apuntar a la fila correspondiente y agregar otros datos en la misma fila seleccionada. Me permite JForms hacer esto? En sintesis, 1. cómo lleno un cuadro de lista, a partir de una matriz en la hoja de cálculo. 2.Como inserto una fórmula (sin que la pueda ver ni cambiar el usuario del formulario)? 3. Como obtengo el número de fila de un determinado registro, seleccionando en un cuadro de lista?. Muchisimas Gracias desde Argentina.

     

    Hello, I need to fill list boxes based on information in a spreadsheet, to enter information with a form in a part of the spreadsheet by certain users, and automatically insert formulas in certain cells, when sending this form. Then other users, using another form must be able to perform searches (using a list box filled from previously entered data with the first form) to point to the corresponding row and add other data in the selected row. JForms allows me to do this? In summary, 1. how to fill a list box from an array in the spreadsheet. 2.How to insert a formula (without being able to view or change the user of the form)? 3.     Hi,

    I may have limitation understanding your question due to different language... but I think I understand it enough to offer a suggestion.

    First off, the form google integration is only one-way.

    You can only transfer the information form JotForm form going to google doc spreadsheet, NOT the other way around. 

    Most of the formula, views, record query you wanted to achieve are options that can only be done on the side of google spreadsheet. Not in the form.

    If you can share with us which of your form you wanted to have some customization with google doc and other details... perhaps we can offer you more suggestions.
