We are unable to create a new form

    We just recently tried to create a new form for one of our customers and were unable to. Can someone look into this for us and let me know when it is fixed? Thank you!

    Your account has reached the form creations limit. In a Bronze account, you can create up two 25 forms. Old users who had created more than 25 before the implementation of this new limit, will still keep those forms, however, you will not be able to create or clone a new one. 

    You may consider upgrading from Bronze to another plan that provides more forms.

    Also, I forgot to mention that the total forms that are counted are only active forms.  Any archived or disabled forms will not count towards the total, they do not need to be deleted.

    If you do decide to upgrade further, you would be credited for the value of your remaining time of your current subscription. So, The first charge for any higher subscription would not be the full cost.
