I wanted to use JotForm as a means of managing parts requests from my employees. However, is there a way (paid or free version) for us to revise or manage these forms and add to them? For example, if I create an "order form" of parts that are needed, is there a way for my parts department to then amend the form submitted to indicate that parts were ordered, the request is complete, etc.?

Yes you can download the submission data in Excel format and modify the sheet just like any other spreadsheet. You can specify which fields you want to include and also specify a time frame (so you could download a weekly submissons spreadsheet):
