How to setup an Autoresponder?

    Hi.

We operate a boys and girls summer camp. We use Jotform mainly for parents to register their children for camp.

    I have 3 questions:

1: When a parent registers a child, is it possible through Jotform to generate and send an automatic email to the parent saying that we received their registration, without us have to send one manually for each registration?

    2:

Is there a way for us to adjust the data entered on a form right in Jotform on my dashboard? I have people register their children then call and ask us to change the dates to a different week of attendance.

    3:

I often get emails saying that people can't seem to access the form or fill it out properly on a tablet. Once they get to a computer then they are okay. Why is this?

    Hope you can help.

    Thanks.

Hey William, what you're describing is called an Autoresponder. By default, when you add an email field to your form, it will automatically add a corresponding Autoresponder too. In case you don't have one, just follow the guide I'm linking below.

    Complete guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Once you have an Autoresponder in place, your users/respondents will get an email alert to the email address they entered when they submitted your form.

2: Is there a way for us to adjust the data entered on a form right in Jotform on my dashboard? I have people register their children then call and ask us to change the dates to a different week of attendance.

We strive to stick with 1 question/topic per thread so the other questions had to be moved to their own respective threads. We'll have them addressed shortly.
