    Phone numbers not showing up.

    I have phone numbers on my application form that are not showing up when sent.  They are required fields when customers put their number in they don't print on the form when I receive them.  Whats up?

    I suppose what you mean is the emails that are being sent to you have blank phone and mobile numbers? If so, the problem that I noticed is that you may have made changes on your form changing the labels for these fields. And as it turned out, it affected your email notification settings. But since you have edited it, the content of your email notification settings no longer automatically updates.

    So what you can do is replace the following:

    Replace {homePhone} with {phoneNumber}
    Replace {cellPhone14} with {cellPhone} 

    Once done, just save your email notification settings and the next coming emails you receive will have the proper information in it.
