Questions about form views monthly limit

    Hello,

    Our forms recently got disabled with a message stating that we had reached the 10,000 view limit which comes with the bronze plan. However, google analytics reports only 3,939 page views for our whole site in the last 30 days (some pages dont have forms). Can you assist me to work our how we reached the 10,000 limit is we only had aproximatly 3000-4000 page views on our site?

    I checked your account and I can see that it is under the Silver subscription plan now. Upon checking your account, I can see that you have now 18,063 form views. Keep in mind that monthly form views and submissions always reset back to 0 every first day of the month.

    You can analyze the traffic to each of your forms in the Form Analytics page. To do that, please follow this guide:

    1. Log in to your account and select a form you want to analyze the traffic.
    2. Click the More drop-down menu and select the Form Analytics.

    3. In the Form Analytics page, click the Custom tab and edit the date you prefer.

    Hi John,

    I looked in to this and found that we recived a massive spike last thursday on one particular form (our 'humanization' form), all from Mac OS clients using the apple mail browser.

    I dont see those on google analytics though, so they must not have came through our site, but rather just loaded the form?

    Can you investiage this for me? We were normally on the bronze plan, I only upgraded this morning to make sure our forms are back online. Bronze should be more than enough for us.

    Hi,

    The view will be counted only if the form was loaded, for example, may be that you have embedded your form, but it does not show as soon as the page loads and instead it is shown upon clicking on a button, then the views counter will not increase, if your form is being displayed in your form upon clicking on a button or as soon as the page loads then this will count as a view even if there is no submission.
