My Condition to skip to a page is not working

    I have created a condition on my form where if a Radio Button is selected it goes to a specific Page.  However when testing out my form, the conditions do not seem to work.

     

    The conditions is

    Have you done a vehicle Inspection Check? *

     Yes, I have. No incidents to report. Yes, I have and there are incidents I have to report. No, I have not.
     
    If they choose the first option it goes to page 3
    and if they choose the 2nd option it goes to page 2.
     
    But it does not seem to work.

    I checked your form. The conditions are set up properly, but your NEXT button is hidden, that's why the conditions aren't working, please change the NEXT button to VISIBLE:

    I also checked your conditions and I can see a few conditions are missing and not set up properly. Please see:

    Please consider removing these conditions or fixing them, to avoid any conflict.
