What happens when you click the Complete Payment button from the Incomplete payment page?

    Two questions:

    How can we keep jotform from deleting an incomplete payment in 30 days?  Can we turn that feature off?

    What happens when you click on "complete payment" in the "incomplete payment" section?  I did that with two applications made in April and they disappeared.  I can't find them now.

    The form is called Coda Kidz Music Camp Application.

    I'm sorry, but you cannot disable this option (30 days timeframe) from the incomplete payment section. I am sure our developers made it this way for a good reason. 

    Clicking the Complete Payment button will not process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.
