I have the free account- is this only a feature you get with one of the paid accounts?
I've already had three registrations and didn't receive any e-mail alerts.

Your forms do not have a recipient email specified in their notification settings.
I went ahead and configured them to send to email@example.com
Kindly do a test submit on your form then check your email if the notifications are sent.
By the way, when creating new notifications, make sure that the Sender Email is set to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure maximum email deliverability.

It still is not working- I checked my spam folder too. I'm not sure what is going on here?

I just realized that your forms actually contain a Paypal payment tool.
You probably have not set up IPN yet. Kindly follow this checklist to set up IPN on your Paypal account:
The IPN URL for JotForm is https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php
Contact us again if the problem still persists even after configuring your Paypal account's IPN.
