Why Audio record widget is not working in my form?

I love this plugin, I´m goint to buy tue superior version, but I have a problem with audio record.

I wasn't able to access your website since I got this error:

But I tested Audio record widget on my phone (Android) and I wasn't able to replicate this issue:

When the form is opened and you click Record it should ask you to allow the Browser to access the microphone:

And then it should record:

You could try to access your form from the Incognito mode in Browser of the phone, now I'm not sure which phone you have but it is under the menu of the Browser and it's called Incognito tab.

You could also try accessing this test form I made: https://form.jotformpro.com/71695547400964 just to check if the issue is related to how your form is embedded.

If the issue persists, please let us know and also let us know the model of the phone and the Browser.
