    Multiple File Upload not working on secure form

    Asked by EmployBarker on July 31, 2012 at 08:47 PM

    If I make the form a unsecure form, then the multiple file upload button shows.

    But if I make the form secure, then the multiple file upload button does not appear.  BUT, the "browse" button only appears, only allowing for 1 file to be uploaded

    @EmployBarker

    I checked your form https://secure.jotform.co/form/21837049019859

    And I was able to see the Multiple upload button as you see on the screenshot below:

    Is the form already embedded into a page, would you mind to provide us with the URL if so?

    Is it already embedded into a webpage?  We would like to inspect your page code, That might be the difference, could you please provide us with your page's URL?

    We don't embedd the form into a webpage, just provide a link to your secure form url

    @EmployBarker

    On my computer, whereas Firefox, Opera and Chrome are displaying the multi-upload buttons okay, Safari and Internet Explorer are showing the single upload version. Although Safari (that's the browser you're using, right?) doesn't give any clues as to cause, Internet Explorer reveals that it's a security certificate problem. However, once I choose to display blocked content, the multi-upload buttons are shown:

    Unfortunately, the issue is occurring at every version of the form's secure URL. So, until our developers can rectify the problem, I'm afraid your only options appear to be either substituting multiple single upload buttons for each multi-upload one or leaving the multi-upload ones in place but using the non-secure version of the form.

    I'll submit a ticket shortly to see how quickly we can fix this for you.
