Opt in Form Integration with Constant Contact Not Working

    i have a test webform(see link below), which is integrated with Constant Contact CRM.

    The option to SEND contacts to CONSTANT CONTACT - Only if users agrees is selected, but regardless

    of whether you tick or don't tick the Opt in text box, the contact is added to the List.


    Any help appreciated

    You can not set any condition to the integration such as if the option is ticked, do not send data to the integrated platform. Unfortunately, we do not have this type of condition, currently.

    If you integrate the form with Constant Contact CRM, the submission will be saved into the Constant Contact CRM regardless.

    The only thing you can do would be hiding Submit button if the option is selected.

    I have forwarded a feature request to our software development team in order to consider implementing this feature. We are going to inform you as soon as the feature will be available.

    This ticket is similar to your other support request.

    We are closing this ticket because a feature for Constant Contact exists, although it is an opt-in not an opt-out check box.
