I use jotform for my home pearl business. I wad getting ready to have a fb live party and clicked on my jotform. I'm getting a message that it had been disabled. I have no idea why or what i need to do to get it running again.

I have checked your form and see that it is displaying correctly.
However, I notice that the form is associated with a guest account which is using your email address. Please register a Free account with the same email address so that you can manage the forms by logging in to your account and take the advantage of receiving 100 submissions in a month.
