I applied for a discount and have not heard back

I have applied for a discount to upgrade, including sending the form requested.  I have not heard back, but it is imperative that I can register the last kids in the program so I went ahead and upgraded anyway.  We have been gathering registrations (about 200) since January, but apparently the last 100+ waited until June to register, necessitating our upgrade.

Do we have the discount?  And can we get a refund on the overpayment?  And do you send a receipt that I can give to the Foundation who will pay me back?

    Hi,

Your discount application has been accepted and your Jotform account is now in our non-profit bronze monthly plan.

Before the non-profit discount, it seems you upgraded your account to the bronze monthly plan. Therefore, you haven't been extra charged within this month for the non-profit plan.

Also, you won't be charged within the next month for the non-profit plan. Because your payment for the "Bronze Monthly" plan has not been refunded to you. $9.49 was transferred as a credit to your Jotform account. That means you won't be charged for the next month.

However, if you request a refund, we can make a refund for your closing balance. If you encounter any issue in this process, please let us know.

    Thank you.

    Kindest Regards.

Thank you.  Yes, I did upgrade to bronze because the registrations were still being sent in, and some that I was expecting did not come in (the reason may have been that the parent didn't get around to it this morning.)  But I was afraid that it had been disabled and I know there are still some out there that I haven't heard from.

In any case, our JotForm account will be cancelled after June because the event is for only 6 weeks.  We will be reactivating it again next January, but I will expect to upgrade in June because it seems our parents (over 100 out of 300) signed up in June.  Would it be too much trouble to carry over the closing balance to next June?

    Thanx,

    Jan

You have a credit of $9.49 USD left over from switching to the non-profit rate subscription.  That credit will be applied towards any new subscription charges and will carry over until used.
