    Why my account has been suspended?

    Ok It appears that I have been blocked out of my account for possible phishing. I need some assistance. I am a travel agent that has just set up a group that can opt to add credit card info.  They are not using PayPal, Square or apps like those and I need to be able to capture the info.  Is this illegal?  I am new to Jotform.  I have filled out the online form that says "hold it right there."  I would like to move forward if possible.  I am not able to share a screenshot.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    Your account was reported by our phishing detection system as suspicious of phishing activities, your form "Credit Authorization Family N Friendz 2018" is the one that triggered the suspension, this happened since you are asking for credit card details through plain text fields, here is also a screenshot of the fields that triggered the suspension: 

    Jotform implements scripts that allow us to detect real scammers, our terms are clear regarding to such type of forms. Please read the following excerpts from our Terms regarding to Termination of the service and Scams.

    Termination. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service membership or suspend your access to all or part of the JotForm Service, without notice, if Company determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have violated these Terms. 

     

    Scams. You agree that you will not use JotForm or any form(s) you create using JotForm for scamming purposes to attract, lure, or illegally obtain payment of any sort from others by unjustifiable means such as posting a jotform as a money-making program on a classified ads site as an example of that. Any account reported or found doing so will be immediately suspended.   

    We understand this might not be the case with your for,  yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms.

    I have already deleted the payment fields from your form, please do note that you will need to use one of our existing payment integrations in order to avoid suspension due to phishing suspicious.

I have cleared my history and cache without success. Please assist. I am still receiving the "hold it right there".

    Support Team,
    107.216.6.49 comes up when I check via website. 192..168.0.105 shows up when I go to my internet settings.
