I received an email saying my password was reset and an order was placed

    I have no account with your company, never have . And rec'd an email saying my password was reset and an order placed shipping to an address in NY.

    this appears to be some form of fraud.  I am not Richard and the oner should not  be shipped.   Urgent.

    First of all please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

    Please note that there was a user spamming earlier with these emails that try to look like they're coming from us whereas they're not.

    The user have been suspended and no more emails should be sent. You may safely disregard that email.

    I also received an email saying that my password has been changed. I do not have an account with you and never have. It stated that this originated in Germany
