Hi, with your email address we have two guests... guests users aren't registered on our site.
If you want to restore your form I suggest you to signup on our site using same email address.

In addition to my colleague's response above. To move to Free account (registered) use the below guidelines
You should see something like this on the left side:
Just make sure to use the same email address ( firstname.lastname@example.org), so that forms created from the guest account will automatically be transferred (merged with this new account.) over to the newly created account.
