Hello. I would like the ability to make my own grocery list from menu items. Ideally, I would like to select "Spaghetti" from a drop down list and it populates "spaghetti sauce, spaghetti noodles, ground turkey". I would ultimately like to enter all of my meals and then chose them to populate a grocery list every week. I don't know how to accomplish this in word, excel or jotform. I have some moderate experience w/ all, but no web design experience or macro use. I've even purchased some services, but the don't exactly fit what I'd like to do. It this possible w/ jotform? Thanks in advance!

Yes it is possible. You could implement this by defining a drop down list full of meal names. The ingredients are hidden. And when the dropdown selects a meal it can show the ingredients.
How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer
