I also received an email saying that my password has been changed. I do not have an account with you and never have. It stated that this originated in Germany

I have checked our systems and indeed you do not have an account with us, so you may safely disregard that email.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this phishing/spam has caused.

A user used our email address to mask his sending so it looked like the email came from us. And he must pick up your email from elsewhere.

We already took necessary actions in taking the account down.

    Please ignore the email.

It was actually a phishing email.

Thank you for reporting it and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

No, you don't have an account with us, the spammer used our email so it looked like it came from us, but email actually came from a spammer.

We would never send such emails especially when you don't have an account with us.

    Please disregard the email.

    We're sorry for any inconvenience.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I received the same email in spam today. I do not have an account with you either, and the message also was from Germany.
