I have not been on your website, the above email address belongs to me, the email I received from your company (I assume) stated that someone had changed my password and if that was not correct to contact you and they were in Germany.

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

Please, disregard the email, seems like someone is spamming using JotForm forms, we have already suspended accounts related to this action, if you have also any detail that you may share with us, we will be glad to check on our end and suspend any account performing spamming actions.

I had the same freaking thing happen to me. I have never even heard of this website. How is this happening with my email and the person is from Germany as well.. Should I be concerned?

No, you shouldn't be concerned, a user used our email address to mask his sending so it looked like the email came from us.

We already took necessary actions in taking the account down.

    Please ignore the email.

Feel free to get back to us if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

Yes, it was a phishing attempt, doesn't matter if you don't have an account with us, phisher used our email as it looks like we're sending.

But, please ignore this email as we would never send such emails, especially when you're not our user.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Thank you!
