I am trying to duplicate/import the form at http://agents.soulatsea.com/wp/sign-up/
When complete, this is the form I get: https://form.jotform.com/71716577678978
Please help. Can you tell me what to do to make the form at http://agents.soulatsea.com/wp/sign-up/ duplicate corrected so that it appears as the original?
Thank you
Amber
PS: I would like to increase the font size on this page, so that I can read what I just typed, but I do not see how to select a font size,

To clone the form, you will need to get the exact Jotform URL of it, like this https://form.jotform.com/71716577678978
Since, it is not using the Jotform standard URL, then you will have to check the page source to get the form ID. Every browser's has this feature. Here's a tutorial on how to open the page source
https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000746.htm
Here's how to get the form IDOnce you got the Form ID, replace the number of the standard Jotform URL, so it would look like this.
https://form.jotform.com/70307360515145
Please be advised though, that if the owner of that form enabled the option to block cloning. Then, that form can't be clone or imported into your account.
Hope that helps, let us know if you have any other concerns. -

I appreciate the reply. I misunderstood the instructions – I put in the URL of the page where the form is located, not the actual form URL.
All is well now.
Thank you ~ Amber
