I assume you don't have a form yet but in theory, the setup I'm about to show you will allow you to get the number of entries your user entered on the Infinite List Widget.
This widget has an option called COUNT ROWS which returns the number of rows entered on the widget. This, in turn, will allow you to get the number of orders.
I used the Form Calculation Widget to fetch the number of rows added.
