Creating conditions within a payment field

Is it possible to create conditional formatting within the PayPal payment field? Essentially, I want two selectable options (one for businesses within the UK and one for businesses outwith the UK). I would then like whatever option is chosen to determine which products are displayed/selectable. This will determine the vat to be added, which will in turn affect the final cost.

Any thoughts?
