not receiving email alerts?

Hi,
My jotform ( http://www.synergy.net.nz/demo/register/index.aspx ) isnt emailing the alerts any more. I've checked the settings on the setup of my jotform and sent a couple test messages inside the email alert set up - but nothing received at my end, not even in the junkmail folder.
They should be going to sales@synergy.net.nz

Hi John,
The email account was previously IN bounce lists.
I removed it since.
it should now recieve the emails.
Please inform us if issue persist.
