    hi, I just got an email offering to upgrade my plan, but I don't know what this company is or if I'm even signed up.

    JotForm is a tool to build online forms, I can see that you are signed up with us with a free account. If you'd like, we can go ahead and delete your account for you. Otherwise, you can just ignore the upgrade email if you don't wish to use to JotForm.
