    Autoresponder Email: When phrase "Person submitting's" is used as field label, the word DISABLED is added as part of field value and email is not sent

    Please check the auto email setting at https://www.jotform.com/build/71724474515963/settings/emails on my form https://form.jotformpro.com/71724474515963 

    The form did not send auto responding email after submission.

    Why the property of the email is  {personsubmitDISABLEDDISABLEDDISABLEDDISABLEDDISABLEDEmail}??

    I was able to see mentioned issue. First 5 fields of your form have DISABLEDDISABLED inside of field value. 

    I made some additional test and it seems that this issue is related to phrase "Person submitting's". 

    If you change any letter issue should be resolved. Once you change field labels of those five field, you can also create new Autoresponder email. 

     

    I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    I have changed the field name to PS Name instead of Person Submitting's Name and reset the auto responding email.

    With this setting the auto email has been sent after submitting the form.
