I'm adding my comment to this thread - becuase it's the most relevant to my curent issue.
I have a client (printer) who's using a form that uploads multiple files to dropbox. This form has been live or a few weeks - so we've been working though tweakie issues - with no problems. However, we've encountered an issue I need some help with.
One of their customers couldn't upload a 50meg file yesterday. We walked them through the process, step-by-step. And it seems when they click the "select file to upload" button, and select the file from their computer - the system stops responding. It doesn't upload the file. It does not crash - it just will not upload a file.
The customer was using Firefox for PC (and was so annoyed that she wasn't interested in giving us the version #)

A progress indicator should appear after selecting the file for upload. I have a feeling that the site is intermittently experiencing conflicts with the form's scripts.
Try re-embedding your form using the iFrame method:
1. While on edit mode, click Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form button
3. Choose iFrame option
4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
Afterwards, ask your customer to refresh the site and retry uploading. If it still fails, get back to us immediately so we can investigate further.

Thanks Neil -
I'll re-embed - and let you know if we experience any more failed attempts.
