I keep paying to upgrade and I keep running out of forms.
I have paid twice after being on a free plan that worked fine for years. Now there is nothing but problems and I am not giving my customers a quality experience because they think the form isnt submitting properly
i have reached out multiple times to get this resolved and have not gotten a reply.
what I have to do to be able to use the jotform service

I see that your account was upgraded to Storage subscription. Please note that the Storage subscription allows to store unlimited submissions in your account and it doesn't increase any of the limits for the Free subscription. So, the form submissions/views or the form limits will remain as Free subscription only. I notice that your account is currently having more than 7600 form views for the current month while it is limited to 1000 form views which resulted in disabling the In order to create new forms or to have more forms views in your account, it is required to upgrade your account to a paid subscription other than Storage subscription.

I have upgraded multiple times. Today alone twice.
I have even had a refund sent back to me from jotform supportbecause I overpaid
How can I upgrade to the annual bronze membership and have it applied to my account.
Can i just pay the difference since I have already paid for the annual storage subscription?

I see that you have upgraded your account to Storage Bi-yearly subscription on May 31, 2017 and again on Jun 16, 2017 to the same plan yearly subscription. Since the yearly subscription is already canceled and refunded, your account is currently holding the bi-yearly subscription. Since you want to upgrade your account to Bronze subscription, you can upgrade it from the pricing page. Please let us know once you have upgraded the account, please let us know so that we can refund the Storage subscription charge and cancel that subscription.
