I'm not sure I sent my earlier email correctly. I am another person who is not getting email notifications from JotFrom, they are being blocked by Comcast. I have added <firstname.lastname@example.org> to my contact list.
In similar fashion to Cathi above, the blocked IP address form needed by Comcast is not something I can complete.
Can you please work with Comcast to get them to unblock the servers you are using?

I have checked your email address in the bounce list and see that it is not listed there. The email notifications are being sent from our end without any issue.
