    Your account has been suspended for collecting credit card information. This is prohibited. You can view our Terms of Use and if you would like your account re-enabled, then you must delete the offending parts of your form. Or if you prefer delete it completely.

    Note that if you need to take a credit card purchase you must use a supported payment integration:
