My account has been hacked.

    Somebody in Germany has hacked and taken over my account.

    Sorry to hear about that. Can you provide us more details about your issue please?

    Also, please be informed that we have been attacked by a spammer. A user was using us, Jotform, to send out emails.

    We have suspended the user to prevent him from sending out any mails. We do apologize if it had caused you any inconvenienced.

    Rest assured that no data were compromised, the spammer was randomly sending the spam to gmail addresses, even non Jotform customers, were able to get a password notification email.

    When am I going to be able to login to my account again? My user name is pdeering. Email: The password I used is now worthless.
    I’m happy to know my forms are intact, but if I can’t see them, what use are they?

    You should be able to login to your account without issues. Your password has not been changed, it was merely an attempt to get you to click on links in that spam email. 

    Please go ahead and login, and if you experience any issues let us know and we will take action immediately.
