I am confused with the Incomplete Payment icon

If someone completes a form and makes a payment, do I need to take any further action? Does anything happen if 30 days goes by and you system automatically deletes it? 

If the user did not complete the payment on the checkout page, then the submission will go to the Incomplete Payments.

Please take note that completing it will not process any payments. It will just trigger the email notifications and will be processed as a normal submission.

As far as I know, the incomplete payment will not expire or will not be deleted. It is considered as a submission on your account. If you complete it, then it will be considered as a payment submission.
