I canceled my subscription in error - can I renew before my subscription runs out?

    Dear Jotform, 

    I canceled my subscription in error. It is set to expire on Aug 22, 2012. However, I'd like to continue with my subscription as before, with an automatic payment through paypal. 

    Is it possible to renew my subscription before the expiration date so there is no lapse in service?

    Hi Megan;

    You will be able to upgrade your account back to Premium after it downgrades on 2012-08-24 (when your payment expires). Please note that when your account is downgraded it will remain active and your forms will not be disabled.
