Is the starter pricing 100 total or 100 a month?

If you are referring to the submissions, that is a monthly allocation count. When you exceed this limit, your account will be temporarily suspended until the start of the new month. Please take note that on Starter subscription, there is a 500 submission limit. 

Please take note that on Starter subscription, there is a 500 submission limit. However, on this, there is no suspension that will happen on your account. Your forms will continue to function but the older submissions in excess of the 500 submissions in your account will not be viewable.
