How can I clear the Single choice items upon changing answers on previous field?

Hi,

Here is the Jotform that I have created: https://form.jotform.me/71441223330441

Here is the scenario:

Under "Reason for requesting a refund" I choose "I found errors in the PrepPack" and then choose either Yes or No

If I then choose another reason from the "Reason for requesting a refund" dropdown all of the elements from "I found errors in the PrepPack" remain visible.  I can't figure out how to hide them.

Is there any way around this?

Set the Clear Hidden Field Values in the Form Settings to "Clear on Being Hidden", that should solve the problem:
