Is it possible to let user to send a form to different recipients?

Hi, there

I would like to have a form. User can choose different department and the form only send to the department.

For example :

User can use drop down menu to choose the different department and send it. Only the department can see it.

If yes. How many departments(items) I can create?

Yes this is very much possible on the form. You can use the conditional email feature of the form.

So in your example, you can associate the email recipients to the departments. Using condition rule base on the user's selected department, the email will be sent to the equivalent department email.
