I just received a suspicious email using your company's Logo/info. Based on its sending addresses, etc, it is obvious that it is a phishing attempt. How would you like me to send this email/info to you?
This is a copy of the heading info:

We are sorry about that and request you to ignore the email. We have identified a spammer using JotForm email address for sending the emails. The associated accounts have already been suspended and further precautions have been taken. However, if you receive any further emails, we request you to forward them to firstname.lastname@example.org referring to this thread. Also, if you can get us the message headers of the email received it might help us in tracing the source of the new emails.
Please disregard the email message received and add the following email address to your blocklist.
