Let's say in the first drop down; Suites and Penthouses, Balcony Staterooms, Outside Staterooms, and Inside Saterooms and the person selects Balcony Staterooms; a second group of drop downs will appear with the
Stateroom categories and then the person would select the desired category., while if they selected Inside Staterooms, then those categories would appear on the form. -

We do have a widget called Dynamic Dropdowns. In this widget, you create multiple nested drop downs. Here's a demo form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43514646570961.
You may also do it manually by using the Show and Hide Field condition. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
