It looks a bit off. However, I definitely did not change my password so if you did, there is a problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please disregard that email because it is just a spam/fake email. The email did not come from JotForm. We are not capable of changing your account password and only you can.
Those spammers must have know your email address the reason they were able to use it as a recipient email when they send the spam email using a fake email sender and make it appear like it was from JotForm.
We were able to identify the spammers and had already banned the emails. It should not be able send a similar spam email anymore.
