Mailchimp integration

    Dear sir/miss,

     

    I am trying to integrate mailchimp with our jotform fill in form. But on this moment i cant connect it with the form you can find on https://form.jotformeu.com/52743736548364. 

    In the screenshot you can see what goes wrong. I filled in the API key from Mailchimp, added a list but then i have to match the fields. At the e-mailaddress i can't select  anything, hereby i cant complete the integration. Can you tell me what goes wrong?

    On your MailChimp list, can you make sure that you have created the fields that you wish to use with Jotform?

    For example, you will also need to create and email field at MailChimp, then assign it on the drop down arrow to match it in the Email Address section.

    Also, can you provide us the field of your MailChimp mailing list?
