I keep getting an email saying my password has been changed. Is this being sent by you, or is it a phishing email? It looks legit, but there is a word misspelled which gives me pause.

Our apologies for the inconvenience this issue may have caused you. It is not us, unfortunatelly we had a spammer using our services that generated this email to make it looks as if the email were coming from us, this user is already cancelled.
The account associated with this email address is in good standing.
