My account is suspended

    For some reason I can't log in, it says "log in failed, suspended". Help!

    Your account has been suspended, in one of your forms "ID: 51698808029164", you're requesting credit card details, which is against our terms of use. 

    These fields will have to be deleted in order to re-activate your account. You can use use one of our payment integrations to collect payment alternatively. Let us know if you need any further help.
