Quando alguém envia uma resposta no meu formulário, o email de confirmação enviado para eles sempre cai nas caixas de spam ou lixo. Existe uma forma de evitar que isso aconteça?

Hello praticomprasthe,
I did check your form's auto-responder email alert and found that you are using Cusotm Sender email with SMTP setting to send submission emails.
I would suggest you to please use "noreply@jotform.com" as "Sender Email" and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
