Add new title to form link

Now it looks like this. And I cant seem to change it to an other title.

To add a title you will have to add change the page title from your form settings, please click on SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS > SHOW MORE > PAGE TITLE and add the title you'd like to have, example:

And you will have to add a header/logo to your form for it to display an image when you share it to Facebook.
