Hi,
I want to create an online order form where they can place an order for products and quantities of those products, but there is no mention of prices etc. As they would be paying the client upon collection of the items.
I cant seem to find a way to do this...
Do you know the best way to do this?
Thanks.

Hi,
Do you want to have it exactly like this?
https://form.jotformpro.com/71630769493971
In the front end, it appears that there is no price and no calculation made. But, I just hide some fields which is responsible in calculating the total.
You can cloned the form in order to get the idea. Here's how to cloned the form.

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other concerns. -

Please try configuring the product items using any of the following widgets:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory
We also have this Purchase Order tool https://apps.jotform.com/app/purchase_order_app. You can set this up and just put 0 for the prices. It will appear as free, then you can just hide the text with a custom CSS codes. In the backend, you can customize the email template to exclude the FreeCur text. However, the free text will still appear in the reports like PDF and Excel.
