How do I make it that the form only brings up one question as a time, as and the person fills in the form, the next question appears and then the next question appears?

You can use the SHOW/HIDE FIELD condition to show fields after the previous field is filled. I have created a demo form for you, please see below:

the only thing that is not nice is that the second you type in the first letter in field A then field B appears. Please fix that to only show up when the person has finished typing the question? Or is there a way I can fix this?

That is not a bug. If you are using State "Is Filled" as soon as you type any character in field A field B will be shown, because fields A is filled (it dose contain data). Form can not know when your user has finished typing. Only workaround that I can provide you if you want to use State "Is Filled" is to add page breaks to your form after each of your fields, so that your users have to click on Next button to see the next question.
