When I receive a form submission, I get a copy of the submission via e-mail. A few of the field titles are incorrect in the e-mail copy and do not match the actual question on the form (for example, one says "Click to edit..." in the email whereas the actual form says "Unit"). They are correct on the form itself and also correct when I view the submission on the JotForm site. I'm assuming the form submitter is also receiving the e-mail copy with some incorrect question labels. Is there some way to fix the e-mail copies so they display the correct question for each field?
I attached an example screenshot of an incorrect field in the email copy.
Thank you!

The copy of the submission you receive is sent from a email notification that you have set up. Now its clear that the notification is corrupt. So we need to generate a new notification.
You can safely delete that notification first and create a new one. It will automatically setup the email to include all the fields on the form.
Then you should receive email that is working:

I was able to edit the question titles through the email settings - didn't realize it was an issue with the auto response format. Thanks!
