how do we cancel subscription?

I have searched for the account associated with your email address but I couldn't find any.
Please provide us with your account username or a form ID or URL, in order to locate your account and assist you further.

We are wanting to cancel our account. we no longer use this application. a co-worker who is no longer with us set this up so we have no info in order to cancel. we are receiving cc charges.
